• ThemePeaks — the brand operated by Beyondsy Solutions LLP.
• Client / You — the person or business purchasing services from ThemePeaks.
• Services — theme integration, installation, customization, support and maintenance.
• Deliverables — integrated theme, customized code or related outputs delivered to the Client.

2. Scope of Services

We provide Theme Integration, Installation & Setup, Customization Services, and Support & Maintenance. Third-party theme licenses (when applicable) remain the responsibility of the Client unless expressly stated.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices shown on the website or quotations are indicative. Full payment is required before commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment gateways and methods may vary by Client preference.

4. Project Timelines

Delivery estimates depend on Client responsiveness, complexity of requirements and third-party dependencies. Delays due to the Client extend delivery timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate credentials, valid third-party licenses, timely feedback, and any assets required for the project. Missing or incorrect information may cause delays.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are available only if theme integration fails despite complete cooperation from the Client. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All custom code authored by ThemePeaks remains the property of ThemePeaks unless an explicit transfer is agreed in writing. Client-provided assets remain the Client's property. Third-party themes and plugin licenses are the Client's responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service. We are not liable for lost profits, downtime or third-party software conflicts.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if the Client is abusive, fails to pay, or provides unlawful content or access. Refunds (if any) will be processed per the Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
