Hi, this is a quick question. We are trying to find what kind of mega menu plugin you used in the demo as it is not present in the purchased zip (my client purchased this theme directly). Many thanks! :)
Hello @grandcalifornia, We haven't used a mega-menu plugin and all the options you're looking for are included into the theme. Here is our documentation article showing how to build it: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/207365085-Navigation-Multi-column-drop-down-menus Cheers, Alexandra
Hi there, That doesn’t seems to be happening at this end and we would like to help you get to the bottom of this issues. You should go through the Troubleshooting Guide first and if that won’t help you get to the bottom of it, please reach out to the support team and provide a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into it. Cheers, Alexandra
After your last update infinite pagination doesnt work as it should. In case you scroll down the page for the first time it works ok. If you go to another page and return again to the same page as before, it only loads first and second section, after that only "loading" appears. When we change po page 1,2,3 or next, the problem stays the same. Nothing else changed except your update... Please check and solve the problem.
Hello, Please make sure you're using the newest theme version (2.2.2) because we're not familiar with this pagination issue. Cheers, Alexandra
Sure, we are using newest version and it happened after last update.
1.) Ive seen a number of people here mention this but when adding custom CSS to my Child theme it does not override the Parent theme. All i’m trying to do is override the CSS from the parent theme into the Child Theme. When I do this it does not take effect. Rather it stays with the original from Parent. If I use Custom Css in the theme options it works. How can I override CSS in child theme with your theme? It appears you are missing the wp_register_style & wp_enqueue_style in your child theme functions.php which I imagine is why the CSS is not overriding the parent as it is not defined. Can you please share these with me and also update this in your theme downloads? 2.) After your last update the portfolio function pushes all of the portfolio items underneath one image and also causing it to overlap with the elements below instead of showing in a grid as it should. You can view this screenshot as an example https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6hvLXcKL2BsYzRVME5WVjU2d2s/view?usp=sharing The images will realign if I choose a specific category and then go back to show all. Very odd. Thanks for offering to help in the comments. -Danny
Hey Adrian, I would really love an answer on this one. The comments show the Child Theme issue is definitely an issue many many have had. Secondarily my other issue with the portfolio I'd love some basic help on as well. Only started happening after your last update.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I've forwarded your note to our developers and I will make sure they look into it for the following update.
Hey Adrian, Two updates have come out since your response and yet the portfolio is still not functioning properly and the child theme issues have not been resolved. Can you please provide me a fix? Thanks
Hi, I would like to know if this theme would fit the needs of my upcoming webshop. We would start with a webshop of martial arts supplies and equipment, from September on. And I would like your opion if your theme would be suitable for this. Thank you for your (honest) feedback. Best regards, B
Hi, is there any annual fee for this Shopkeeper theme? is the $69 a one-time fee?
Adrian here, happy to be talking to you about Shopkeeper.
The $69 fee is a one-time fee and it includes six month of support. Optionally, you can extend your support plan for longer than 6 months but, again, it's optional. Updates are provided anyways.
I will be around if you have any other questions and I would be happy to help.
Hi Adrian, Thank you for your quick reply. Very helpful. Apart from that, if I were to get the Shopkeeper theme, how do I do the following? i) Keep track of my orders and shipment ii) Customer information (Email, date of creation, etc) iii) Payment information Thanks a bunch.
WooCommerce handles all that and you will be able to see it all in your administration dashboard. If you're new to WooCommerce you'll find the video guides in the Help Center useful. Here's everything you need to know about managing your online store: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/categories/201772465-WooCommerce-User-Guide
I believe that's what you're after.
I'll stick around in case you have more questions.
Hello, We are experiencing an issue where on any single product page the product images load fuzzy and then show the clear product image. Please help.
Hello @theoceanagency, I get what you mean and that's the default behavior. Until the large image loads, the thumb is being displayed instead of showing an empty space. However, this may get to be a visual issue if for some reason the overall loading time is long, site may be slow. Maybe this could help: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/210037585-How-to-speed-up-Shopkeeper- Cheers! Adrian.
How to create more than 50 product variations in WooCommerce?
Hi there, I just found this for you, hope it helps: https://www.proy.info/create-more-than-50-product-variations-in-woocommerce/ Cheers! Adrian.
Hi there, When I add a new item and I choose one of the new product landing pages, the old product page still shows on top, and the new product landing page follows. Is there anything I am missing there? Thanks, Ehssan
That doesn’t seems to be happening at this end and we would like to help you get to the bottom of this issues.
Please reach out to the support team using the form on http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help. The comments board here is not monitored for support requests.
Hi, this is a pre-sale question.. does this theme come with woo-commerce, or do I need to purchase it separately? I see it's compatible but I don't see a included features list. Thanks
Hi again, I got back to you via Facebook, but just to make sure, you won't have to pay for WooCommerce. It's free and it gets installed as part of the theme setup. Cheers! Adrian.
how to build Multi-Column Footer?
Hello and Happy New Year! All you need to do is to add a few widgets to the footer via Appearance > Widgets. Once populated, the widget will automatically adjust based on the number of widgets you add down there. If there’s anything else you need help with, feel free to reach out to our support team via https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/ and as always, we’ll do our best to help. Cheers! Adrian.
Hi, If I add in cart more then 4 items, I can't see button VIEW CART, I mean I can't scroll it. On your demo same probem, just add to card 4 or 5 items, and try to find VIEW CART button in MINI CART
Hello @ramzzzez, I am forwarding your note to our developers to test all small screen resolutions again. Thanks for getting in touch. If there's anything else you'd like to add to it, please reach out to the support team directly via http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help Have a great week! Adrian.
Hi Quick question how do I disable responsive on this theme
Hi there, There's no built in option to do that and it's not recommended either. Cheers, Adrian B
Ok thank you, I'm just finding it difficult to see where I can change the header colour. I can't see the menu as the background is grey, I can see where to change the logo for mobile but not colour Thanks
Hi again, The mobile header inherit the Sticky Header's setup. You can set this on your Theme Options > Header Layout & Style > Sticky Header. Cheers, Adrian B
Hello, can you tell me what facebook login. plugin is compatible with the theme and woocommece.
Hi there, We haven't tested any plugin that do this trick but maybe this one can help: https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-social-login/ Cheers, Adrian B
When placing social share buttons such as Twitter mentions, Facebook likes, and Google+ none of the buttons show up in the body of the website when the page is saved and updated, even with all plugin deactivated. Not sure how to fix this.
Hello @grq79, They seem to be working fine at this end. I can only think you may be using some other social media related plugin that may conflict the buttons in Visual Composer. So, check if there's any conflicting plugin by turning them off temporarily. If you won't be able to get to the bottom of it this way, please reach out to the support team via http://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help and we'll do our best to help. Cheers! Adrian.
How do i open support ticket for Shopkeeper Theme? When i clicked item support, it redirect me to User Guide of Shopkeeper, with no button to open support ticket I want to ask about the sale price display error (catalog view) if we open the site on mobile. The price display will overlap with the 'SELECT OPTIONS' button. How to fix it? Thanks
oops sorry, I did not found the support menu on mobile, but now i found it when using desktop :) just filed a support ticket for the above question
Dear Support, I want to buy the theme. It looks great but I would need one custom layout done on the singe product page. Can I pay extra to get assistance in creating a custom layout for the single product page? I would like for the single product page fixed sidebar to act like this one http://www.lululemon.com.au/p/au-women-jackets/Down-For-It-Jacket/_/prod11560010?rcnt=0&N=7un&cnt=21&color=LW4IEHS_028694 so that it can only be fixed up until the full width content section where I can add more information. Is this something you can help me with? I am happy to pay the extra amount t get this customisation. Looking forward to your response. Kindest, Noel
Hi there, We don't offer customization services ourselves, as much as we would like to, we don't have enough resources available to do it. For such tasks you can always find someone available on the Envato Studio. The pricing and timeline are always straightforward and that’s the main reason for recommending it. Cheers, Adrian B
Is there anyway of turning off the over lay when the page loads, I can see all the products but there is a white overlay stopping a person from browsing. It's on the demo version also. Edit: I think I found, it its called "Smooth Transition Between Pages"
Hi there, That is correct! Thanks for using our theme! Cheers, Alexandru T.
I can't seem to update Visual Composer. I get this: An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. How do I fix this?
Hi guys Just a couple of questions. 1.The Centered Logo / Split Navigation isn’t quite showing in the centre of the screen and is off to the left slightly. Here is an example of what I mean from the demo page. http://grab.by/DsFe On my site it does the same but is a pointed triangle it shows more obvious that its not in the centre and doesn’t match up with the centre of my header titles. Can you please look into this for a fix. 2. Does the theme work with custom fonts? Cheers
